Matters needing attention
1. Ensure that the instrument is used in the proper temperature and clean environment, and avoid direct sunlight and dry and ventilated.
2. When the scanner is not in use, please cover with dust cover. At the same time, avoid foreign matter falling in, and cause unnecessary machine failure.
3. Do not place the instrument in an uneven or vibrating place.

  4. Regularly check whether the connection of each cable is correct and the grounding is reliable.
  5. When the water tank is changed, please do not use wet hands to pull the pump power connector. Do not allow water on the cable or connector of the water pump to cause shock damage.
  6. When using tap water to supply water directly, please tighten the tap after finishing processing.
  7. When using two water tanks, check at any time whether the water in the clean water tank is sufficient and whether the water in the dirty water tank will overflow quickly.
  8. When using circulating water, it is best to change it several times a day. Because dirty water can scratch lenses, clog pipes, solenoid valves and water spouts. Aggregates in tanks can also damage pump blades.
  9. Regularly check whether the water pump is working normally and there is abnormal noise.
  10. Check whether the sealing rubber of the sucker is damaged. If so, please replace it with a new one. Because the powder accumulated in the cracks will scratch the lens, it will also cause the center and axis of the lens to deviate.
  11. Please clean the case with a neutral cleaner, especially the scanner case. Be sure to wipe it with a soft cloth.
To ensure the accuracy of the instrument, never touch the scanning probe when cleaning.
  12. When cleaning the machine, be careful not to let the cleaning liquid enter the inner part of the machine and the control panel, so as not to cause corrosion of components, damage of electronic components or short circuit.
  13. Be careful to prick your fingers when cleaning glass dust.
  14. When trimming the grinding wheel, be careful not to touch the grinding wheel with your finger.
  15. When dressing the grinding wheel, the glass coarse grinding wheel, the resin plate rough grinding wheel, the fine grinding wheel and the polishing wheel shall be respectively repaired with different types of stone repair rods. Improper use will cause irreparable damage to the grinding wheel.
  16. In some machines, the grinding wheel for grinding the resin sheet cannot be repaired.
  17. The dressing and polishing wheel should be light, otherwise the grinding wheel will be damaged.
  18. If the grinding wheel is continuously dressed in the same position, a groove will appear and cannot be repaired.
