1. Common faults in hydraulic system

The hydraulic system of this equipment is mainly used to control the lifting and turning of the sliding frame, the rotation of the workbench and the lifting and turning of the workbench. Common faults include: low system pressure or no pressure; Each hydraulic cylinder has insufficient force; The oil cylinder cannot maintain pressure; The oil cylinder speed drops, the oil pump load is heavy, the noise is big; Unable to complete one or more hydraulic control actions.

Ways to eliminate the common faults of the targeted to take corresponding measures, such as the system pressure is low, should first confirm whether the oil pump work is normal, can be adjusted to adjust the adjustment screw pump, the pressure should not be more than 6.5 MPa. If the cylinder force is not enough or the pressure cannot be maintained, it is usually caused by leakage of internal seal or damage of hydraulic control one-way valve. When the oil cylinder speed drops, the failure of heavy noise of oil pump load should be focused on checking whether the oil filter and air filter are blocked and whether the oil pump is damaged.

2. The causes of mechanical failure mainly include
